Here at Better than the Pest we follow all proper procedures and proper applications of materials accordingly to the label. The label is the absolute law.
Better than the Pest only uses chemicals when it is necessary. Our Pest Control Service believes that exclusion and proper sanitation can eliminate most pest over the use of unnecessary chemicals.
Truthfully,it is not a guarantee the first treatment will eliminate the problem completely.Depending on the type of pest there are always other factors that could be in areas you wouldn't be able to see automatically.
IMP stands for Integrated Pest Management.
There is no Guarantee that's why we warranty, But we guaranty we don't stop till the pest are gone!
The difference between ants and termites are Termites must be underground or in a mud-tube due to their need for moisture or they would die. Where ants can travel freely without restriction.
Mice can invade your home/ business through attic spaces,they are great climbers and have no bones they have cartilages which gives them the ability to long-gate their bodies. Rule of thumb is if you can fit a pen into a opening they can fit through as well. Examples under doors, gaps around windows, voids behind siding, holes in your soffit and improperly insulated piping through walls.
